Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
